Pressed before we open
Fresh drinks
Three juices, cold pressed every morning and kept cold. 16 oz, $10. No blender, no ice, no water — just what's listed.
Carrot Apple Ginger
carrot · apple · ginger
Sweet from the carrot, sharp from the ginger. The one to order if you've never had a green-adjacent juice and aren't sure.
Little Green
kiwi · apple · celery
Light and tart. Celery does the heavy lifting, kiwi keeps it from tasting like a salad.
Double Citrus Carrot
lemon · orange · bell pepper · celery · carrot
Two citrus, one pepper, and more vegetables than it tastes like. The most awake of the three.
Iced tea, brewed in house
Sweet or unsweetened · 24 oz · brewed twice a day
Why they cost what they cost
A 16 oz juice takes about three pounds of produce. Nothing is from concentrate and nothing is watered down, so a cup costs roughly what the vegetables in it cost, plus the press.
Pressed daily · sold until we run out
Run out often
We press what we think we'll sell and don't press again. If a juice is gone by two o'clock, that's the system working — it means nothing sat around all afternoon.
